1. The Service
The Service lets ChatGPT use tools on a computer you control — reading and editing files, searching, running terminal commands and managing processes — through a bridge you install on that computer.
1a. Plans and limits
Free: 10,000 tool calls per calendar month (UTC) per account, any number of devices. Pro: USD 10 per month, unlimited tool calls. A tool call is one action performed on your computer (reading a file, running a command, a search step). When the Free limit is reached your devices stay connected, but further calls are refused until the 1st of the next month or until you upgrade. Pro is paid in advance on the account page: by a monthly subscription (Stripe), which can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the paid period, or 30 days at a time with a Russian card (YooKassa, paid in rubles, no auto-renewal). Unused paid time is refunded on request when the law requires it. We may change prices with advance notice, effective from the next billing period.
2. Your responsibility
- Connect only computers you own or are authorised to administer.
- You decide what the assistant may access. Configure allowed and excluded folders and disabled tools on the bridge, and review actions before you confirm them in ChatGPT.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Commands and file edits run with the permissions of the account the bridge runs under and may change or delete data. Keep backups of important data.
- Keep your password and device keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to access systems without permission, to distribute malware, to attack or overload other systems, to circumvent security controls, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to access other users’ devices or to disrupt the relay.
4. Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts and devices that break these terms, show abusive or automated mass usage, or endanger the Service or other users. One person or organisation should not split usage across multiple Free accounts to avoid the limit. You may stop using the Service at any time.
5. Open-source components
The bridge includes open-source components distributed under their own licenses (MIT and compatible); their license texts are installed together with the bridge. Bridgerator is not affiliated with OpenAI or Microsoft. “Windows” is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; “ChatGPT” is a trademark of OpenAI.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, damage to systems, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including actions performed by an AI assistant on your computer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
